What Stays
On Your Device.
DepoCalc keeps calculator entries and saved witness records on the device you are using. Some actions, such as emailing a summary, send only what you choose to send.
Calculator Entries
You can calculate without an account. On the web, the run times you type stay in the browser and are not uploaded. In the mobile app, the free calculator works without an internet connection.
Saved Witness Records
Pro stores witness names, matter names, deposition dates, and each media run time locally on that phone or tablet. You can reopen and update them offline. Deleting a witness in the app removes it from the app’s library. Uninstalling the app removes its local storage, subject to your device’s backup and restore behavior.
The web calculator does not save witnesses. There is no web checkout and no paid web tier.
No Server Copy Of Your Records
DepoCalc does not sync records between devices and does not keep a server archive of saved witnesses. Records do not move to another device on their own. Restoring Pro after a reinstall restores the unlock, not the witness records.
Email And PDF Sharing
These are optional. A PDF summary is created on your device. If you share one, the app or destination you pick receives that file.
Email needs an internet connection. When you send an email summary, the recipient address, subject, witness and matter details, date, and runtimes pass through the LitTech API to Resend for delivery. Resend handles the message under its own retention policy. The API checks Pro access and does not keep a witness database.
Purchases
Pro is a one-time $1.99 in-app purchase, not a subscription. Apple or Google processes the payment. RevenueCat verifies the purchase so Pro can be restored on that store account. LitTech does not receive your card number. The US price is $1.99. Regional store prices may vary. The iPhone, iPad, and Android apps are coming soon.
Ads And Tracking
DepoCalc does not use an advertising network or a tracking SDK, and it does not use witness records to target advertising. The free app can show a small DepoFlow or AGCV resource card. Opening those sites is up to you, and their policies apply.
The Website
depocalc.com is a static site. Hosting providers process network information such as IP addresses to deliver the pages. The web calculator does not submit the run times you enter.
