DepoCalc Privacy Policy

LitTech LLC creates DepoCalc. This policy explains how we handle information in the mobile apps and at depocalc.com. For privacy questions or deletion requests, email support@litigationtechnology.com.
Calculator And Saved Witnesses
You can use the calculator without creating an account. Calculation entries stay on your device. The mobile Pro version stores witness names, matter names, deposition dates, and runtimes locally. We do not provide cloud synchronization or a server archive of saved witnesses. Your device's backup settings may affect copies held by your operating system or backup provider.
Purchases
Apple or Google processes in-app payments. RevenueCat helps us verify purchases and restore Pro access. Purchase processing uses transaction information, purchase history, and an app-generated user identifier. We do not receive your payment-card details. These services retain purchase records under their own policies and applicable requirements.
Email And PDF Sharing
When you choose to email a summary, the recipient address, subject, witness and matter details, date, and runtimes pass through our API to Resend for delivery. Our API verifies Pro access and processes the request without keeping a witness database. Resend retains email content and delivery logs under its retention policy.
PDF summaries are generated on your device. When you share one, the app or destination you select receives that file and handles it under its own policy. Recipients may keep copies of summaries you send.
Technical Information And Promotional Links
Our hosting and service providers process network information such as IP addresses to deliver requests and protect services. The app uses an anonymous session identifier for purchase verification and email access. We do not use an advertising network or request an advertising identifier. Promotional cards link to DepoFlow and AGCV; their selection does not use behavioral profiling. If you follow an external link, that site's privacy policy applies.
How We Use And Disclose Information
We use information to provide requested features, verify purchases, deliver summaries, respond to support requests, and protect the service. RevenueCat also provides purchase analytics. We use service providers for these purposes. We do not sell personal information or use witness records to target advertising. We may disclose information when required by law.
Retention, Deletion, And Security
Delete saved witnesses in the app to remove them from its local library. Uninstalling the app removes local app storage, subject to device backup and restore behavior. Restoring Pro access does not restore witness records. Shared files and delivered emails remain with their recipients and chosen services.
Contact support@litigationtechnology.com to request deletion of information held by us or our service providers. We may ask for enough information to identify the relevant purchase or support record. Some transaction, security, or legal records may need to be retained. Purchase restoration and support may require retained transaction information. Mobile service requests use HTTPS.
Children
DepoCalc is designed for litigation professionals and is not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information through the service.
