DepoCalc
Support.
How to use the calculator, what the $1.99 Pro unlock includes, and how to restore a purchase or request a refund. The iPhone, iPad, and Android apps are coming soon. LitTech LLC makes DepoCalc.
How do I contact support?
Email support@litigationtechnology.com. LitTech LLC makes DepoCalc. Include whether you are using the web calculator or the mobile app, the device (iPhone, iPad, or Android), and a short description of what you need. Privacy questions and deletion requests use the same address.
How do I enter a run time?
Type HH:MM:SS, MM:SS, or digits only. Digits are read from the right, so typing 12345 becomes 01:23:45. The total updates as you type. A run time can be up to 99:59:59. Entries that use other characters, or that run past that limit, are left out of the total.
How do I add a segment?
Press Enter to format the current run time and add the next recording. Add or remove segments as you work. DepoCalc shows one combined total for the segments on screen.
Where is the records list?
With Pro, the records list saves more than one witness on that device. Each record can include the witness name, matter name, deposition date, and each media run time. You can reopen and update those records later. The free calculator and the web calculator do not save a records list.
How do I email a summary?
Emailing a summary is optional and needs an internet connection. Mobile build 6 and later opens your email app with a prefilled summary. You review it and send through your own email provider. The summary does not pass through the LitTech API or Resend. Earlier test builds send the summary through our email provider, Resend. DepoCalc does not keep a witness database.
How do I export a PDF?
A PDF summary is created on your device. Share it through your phone's share sheet. The app or destination you choose receives that file.
What does the Pro upgrade include?
DepoCalc Pro is a one-time $1.99 unlock inside the mobile app, not a subscription. The US price is $1.99. Regional store prices may vary. Pro saves witness records on that device, lets you email a summary, lets you share a PDF, and removes the free app's DepoFlow or AGCV resource card. There is no paid web version and no web checkout. The iPhone, iPad, and Android apps are coming soon.
How do I restore purchases on iOS?
After DepoCalc is on your iPhone or iPad, open the app and choose Restore Purchases. Sign in with the Apple ID that bought Pro. Apple processes the purchase, and RevenueCat verifies it so the unlock returns on that Apple ID. Restoring Pro does not restore witness records. Those stay on the device where you saved them.
How do I restore purchases on Android?
After DepoCalc is on your Android device, open the app while signed in to the Google account that bought Pro, then choose Restore Purchases. Google processes the purchase, and RevenueCat verifies it so the unlock returns on that account. Restoring Pro does not restore witness records.
How do refunds work?
Purchases go through Apple and Google. LitTech LLC does not receive your card number and cannot issue the store refund. Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Request a refund from the store that processed the payment.
Where does my data stay?
Records stay on the device. There is no cloud sync, and DepoCalc does not keep a server archive of saved witnesses. Calculator entries on the web stay in the browser and are not uploaded. Emailed summaries are sent through an email provider. In mobile build 6 and later, that is your own email provider. Earlier test builds send through our email provider, Resend.
