Pricing, offline calculating, on-device records, and what happens if you email a summary. DepoCalc is a calculator from LitTech LLC.
What is DepoCalc?
DepoCalc is a deposition video runtime calculator from LitTech LLC. You enter the run time of each recording and the calculator shows one combined total. It does not give legal advice.
How do I enter a run time?
Type HH:MM:SS, MM:SS, or digits only. Digits are read from the right, so 12345 becomes 01:23:45. The total updates as you type. Press Enter to format that run time and add the next recording. Each run time can be up to 99:59:59. Entries that use other characters, or that run past that limit, are left out of the total.
Is DepoCalc free?
The calculator is free on the web and in the mobile app. You do not need an account. There is no paid web version and no web checkout. DepoCalc Pro is an optional one-time $1.99 unlock inside the mobile app. It is not a subscription. The US price is $1.99, and regional store prices may vary.
What does Pro save?
Pro can save more than one witness on the device, with the witness name, matter name, deposition date, and each media run time. You can reopen and update those records later. Pro also removes the free app’s DepoFlow or AGCV resource card.
Can I calculate offline?
In the mobile app, the free calculator works without an internet connection, and saved Pro records can be reopened offline. The web calculator runs in your browser after the page loads. Run times you type there are not uploaded.
Do records sync between devices or come back if I reinstall?
No. Records stay on the device where you save them. DepoCalc does not sync them between devices and does not keep a server archive of saved witnesses. Restoring Pro access does not restore witness records. Your phone or tablet’s own backup settings may still copy local app data.
What is sent if I email or share a summary?
Sharing is optional. A PDF summary is created on your device, and the app or destination you choose receives that file. Email needs an internet connection. When you send an email summary, the recipient address, subject, witness and matter details, date, and runtimes go through the LitTech API to Resend for delivery. The API checks Pro access and does not keep a witness database.
Does DepoCalc use ads or tracking SDKs?
No. DepoCalc does not use an advertising network or a tracking SDK, and it does not use witness records to target advertising. The free mobile app can show a small DepoFlow or AGCV resource card. Apple or Google processes the Pro purchase, and RevenueCat verifies it. LitTech does not receive your card number.
Are the iPhone, iPad, and Android apps available?
Not yet. They are coming soon, and this site does not link to an app store. You can use the free web calculator now.
